The MM3721 series are protection ICs for Li-ion rechargeable batteries, offering high-precision charge and discharge current detection through a current sensing resistor (Rsns). The MM3721 features two-step discharge overcurrent detection, enabling the system to respond appropriately in both normal discharge and high-current discharge mode.
